was able to find the property easily. not far from where I was. easily accessible from the road, conveniently located between a gas station & Sonic. room was very nice, spacious, comfortable.. clean(very important!) great water pressure in the shower, a Big Plus! amenities were nice. nice variety for breakfast! property was very nice, inside & out..

I booked this room online after looking at the photos it seemed nice enough for the price. When we arrived I had to double check the address because what we were looking at was nothing like the photos, I thought since I’d already paid for the room through the booking website I’d go ahead and check in and go into the room. I walked into the room and promptly walked back out. The room was filthy spider webs in the corners odd stains on the curtains and bedding and no way to check the mattresses for bed bugs since they were completely encased in a protective cover. I went to the front desk to let them know the room was unacceptable and the front desk clerk really didn’t care. So I said we were canceling and I would like a refund. Told that I’d have to get that from the site I booked the room

Absolutely NASTY! Spider webs in the corners with spiders, stained bedding and curtains. When I complained the front desk clerk didn’t care, and since I booked the room online he “couldn’t refund my money” I didn’t care I gave him the keys and left! My car would have been safer and cleaner than that place! Also, I had to wait for the front counter clerk to give him his keys back, he was busy hanging out with a group of about 15 people whom I assumed was his family that were also “staying/living” at the hotel, their kids running crazy and yelling! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL unless you want to bring home souvenirs with multiple legs!!!

My stay was great until 7 or 8 am when some weirdo came strolling into my room with a flannel on a dirty knitted hat with bad English today was his lucky day I normally keep protection under my pillow I definitely won’t be back that’s Unacceptable
