Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleburne by IHG

Right off 67 is super convenient. The rooms are clean and nice. The AC wasnt working this last time we stayed though. Staff is great! The king Suite has been the nicest of all the times we stayed. One of the nicer hotels in Cleburne.

Positive: Everything! The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, comfortable beds. Negative: I had noise people next to me. The one issue is I would make sure the hotel would remind visitors of quite times..ie television, conversations, music

Enjoyed the fitness room even though the treadmill was down. Pool was warm. Loved the hot tub. Double kudos for breakfast. Wifey says two thumbs up for baby pancakes.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and this was by far the worst. Broken elevator that never got fixed. Pretty difficult for seniors to haul luggage up several flights of stairs. Door handle on our room was broke and staff had to let us into our room every time we left. They never fixed it. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom needed to be freshened up. Noise was a HUGE problem as there was a youth soccer team staying there and they were out of control. Running up and down halls and playing soccer in the hallway both on our floor and the floor above us til very late. Staff was notified and nothing happened. These kids and their parents overtook the breakfast area and were very inconsiderate to anyone else who tried to eat there. Will never stay in a Holiday Inn

Booked a suite with our pets first room had old pet feces dried on the floor, requested a different suite that one had no air conditioning, dropped down to just a double room and they then didn’t change my rate, when I said something about it they said that was the rate for with pets I booked the suite total $236. and change checked out for $226. The room alone when I booked with pets was 189. They tried saying it was 209.! The third room was fine but really they wanted to argue over 20 dollars, which I understood isn’t much, but after three moves they should be grateful I stayed at all after walking into a room with dried pet feces in it! Not happy needless to say!
