FairBridge Inn & Suites Cleburne

The linens were all stained (makeup and what looked like urine and blood) and dingy, the pull out couch mattress was stained. The room was not bad, not the nicest but not the worst, very low lighting and very minimal tv station options. The worst was a bag of souvenirs was removed from the room 2 days before I checked out, when I talked with the general manager to inform them, they said they located it in the dumpster, one item was missing. They were unwilling to check for the item and told me I was "welcome to climb into the dumpster and look myself" they offered no remedy for my missing item or for the inconvenience of this situation. I would not recommend this site and will not be staying there again, my first stay at this location was 100% different from this stay

Positive: The lady at checkout was nice. Negative: Everything, as soon as I walked into the elevator I wanted to walk out. It was musty and smelt like cigarettes as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. Every single towel had a stain on it. The ac was terrible. Absolutely no water pressure.

Don't arrive to breakfast at 8:30! We were told that breakfast was open 6-9, but when we arrived at 8:30, there was little left to eat. The lady working the front desk said that they don't restock during the last hour. A family with 4 kids came in after us, and had almost nothing to eat. :( The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was serviceable. The hotel was OK, but could use some maintenance and updating.

ou get what you pay for. Idk how this place is up and running. The only good thing I can say is my room didn’t have any bugs or bed bugs. Here’s the break down: Rooms: ZERO STARs if I could, room is a no smoking room and when we walked in smelled straight like someone smoked a 24 pack of cigarettes, found a whole black n mild wrapper next to the bed, stain on the sheets, walls, couch, and shower curtain just to name a few. Hair on the towels, the door has a big gap in between the door and door frame when it’s CLOSED. If you love smoking cigarettes or have the lungs to stand the stench this place is for you. Service: the people at the desk seemed KINDA nice and worked with us being able to check in at like 2am due to an emergency. Oh and it’s pretty quiet which was pretty nice also. Overa
