Hampton Inn & Suites Cleburne

This hotel is clean and staff is friendly and so kind. We had booked a different hotel and it was not as advertised so we left and went down the road to the Hampton. We told the front counter clerk what we just went through and she was so kind and helpful, got us a room and even gave us a discount because of all we just had to go through. Our room is immaculate, beds super comfortable and the free breakfast was superb! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asks! We will be staying here from now on whenever we come to Texas to visit family!

11-7-25 was the date of our stay. We had an accessible room. The room was spacious, the heat/ac controls on the wall. The bed was low and soft. The bathroom was large, but still had a step over tub, and a high toilet seat. If one can get up on the toilet, I think he could also sleep in a higher bed. It almost felt like we were on the floor. Breakfast was good in a very nice lobby. Many items to choose from

Positive: The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Negative: It was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for.

Shawna & Meghan at front desk are a credit to this business. The renovations are amazing! I would love to give this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately there were 2 incidents that took place during our stay that were disconcerting. We have already reported them to the CEO of hilton. We felt it was important for the corporate office to hear the feedback. That being said, I still WOULD recommend this hotel as it is head and shoulders above any other hospitality business in the area.

I stayed one night while in the area on business. The hotel seemed either relatively new or newly renovated. The room and bathroom were both very clean. I appreciate the constant fan option to keep the room cool all night. Breakfast was ok. I'm not a fan of the Hampton scrambled eggs. Overall, not a bad stay at all. I would stay there again for sure
