Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Excellent service.. Shuttle was easy to get to pick me up from the airport in less than 10 minutes. Front desk men were friendly. Breakfast was variety. Room was clean and quiet. I definitely will stay here again. No problems at all.

Every time I come here there’s an issue with the shuttle service. I’ve spent so much money at this location even though they always have an attitude and the rooms often has an odor. Either they don’t want to schedule when I need it or they decide they’re not taking guests. The entire point of staying here is due to the shuttle service because I commute to work. It’s decent for the price but there are better hotels close to ORD with similar prices. If it’s what you can afford, then its fine but personally I’ve given them multiple chances and the attitude doesn’t help. Personally I will not be coming back.

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless and had a good supply of hot water.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast had a decent variety with good taste.

Clean and friendly staff great for a quick stay...Chris is awesome! Lobby smells good. Breakfast area and general sitting area off the lobby. Safe. Bathroom and bedding clean. Its safe to take off your shoes! Lol

The facilities and service are about what you'd expect for the low price, but I was very disappointed the shuttle service was canceled when I needed it to get from the airport. I was only told 2 days before my reservation and I was overseas so I was unable to make changes. The $50 Uber fee to get to the hotel would have got me a better room and a better hotel
