InTown Suites Extended Stay Chicago IL - Elk Grove/O'Hare

InTown suits has been my favorite place for the past 5 years..Good in house service ..the cleaning ladys are respectful kind and they will clean up real good. Agelica/Delilah Thank you for always being very helpful to me and everyone else in the building..you lady's always answer any questions I might have. Great honest hard working front office..I have more love

The staff is extremely rude! The noise from the road is loud! Rooms are outdated. Went down and asked for clean towels and toilet paper, as housekeeping didn't leave either. All they did was make the bed; they didn't even change the sheets or sweep the floor. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and, with an attitude, told me I needed to wash my own towels and buy my own toilet paper. Stay away it's not worth it! What kind of hotel expects people to wash their own towels and buy their own toilet paper, and who just makes a bed without changing the sheets?

Did not enjoy my stay here. Rooms are ok but could use renovating. Lots of people gathering in the parking lot, entrance doors propped open so anyone can get inside with no key. Did not feel safe at all. Someone had children and the kids was in and out, letting the door slam very loudly. For the price they charge it is not worth it. They need to get better control of their guest and definitely get better internet and clean the rooms much more frequently. The time I was there, the room was not cleaned one time. This property really need to do better.

Upon arriving,I was greetedby two lovely ladies at the front desk.They automaticallymade me feel like we had known each other!They were incredibly kind and hospitable! They were very polite and professional!Might i add very pretty too!During my stay They were so helpful that i felt like I didn't want to leave!Everyone i contacted was like we were all friends! I would highly recommend to anyone that this is the best hotel to stay !!!😀😀😀

The staff members are all super friendly. It is clean. NO bugs so that is a super plus .. it is a clean and pretty quiet place to stay. Highly recommend. Went from a week to two in a half weeks here. We have really enjoyed our stay here. And we would definitely stay again. The receptions are very helpful ,super friendly always greets you with a smile. Thank you ladies for all you do.
