Super 7 Inn Dallas West Arlington

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay!

I booked a room for 2 nights. I didn't stay at this motel long. This motel is filled with roaches. I called the front desk and informed the manager that I would not be staying that long because of the roaches. He informed me to call back in the morning. |I didn't sleep a wink because every time you killed one roach, another one would come out. I would have slept in my car. However, the neighborhood does not seem safe at all. |The next morning, I went to the office and informed the manager about the roaches. He then said, " no refunds ". I informed that I was not satisfied with my stay and if I didn't get a refund; I would have to report it to my bank and I would get all of money back instead of one night. |He then told me that I would only get a certain amount of money. Whoever was on the other line, just hung up on me without asking any questions.And then never answered again.Poor customer service not recommended to come here

I honestly believe that this is the best experience ever staying at the super 7inn hotel, their staff is the best with awesome security, clean and spacious rooms. I wouldn't recommend anything else to stay. You have to check them out and experience what we had. Mind blowing 🤯

Super 7 is affordable and comfortable. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and deliver fresh towels daily. Follow the rules and you will have no problems.
