The owner of this hotel has been doing this a very long time and it shows! The rooms are fantastic and the owner goes out of the way to make sure you have pots, pans, utensils among other things. This hotel is meant for long term tenants and that’s definitely the best way to utilize this hotel! So far he has shown lots of professionalism and has shown way more kindness than he really is required to! As long as you are paying your bills this place is perfect for a single family or a hard working couple! They supply whatever cleaning supplies you may need and clean in between tenants because this is meant to be a long term residence. The rooms I have seen are well established and clean. I stayed in room # 13 for four months and what I appreciate is the location and price . Wifi is available not very secure though and signal quality was an issue in my room so I never used it. The operator/owners are dishonest. BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. DOORS ARE NOT SECURED WITH A DEADBOLT. ROOMS STINK HORRIBLY. KEEP ALL TRANSACTION RECORDS THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD. Disgusting. Might want to update certain vaccines after visiting. Drug use like METH is also a concern here too. I had to wear earplugs some nights. It's cheap and that can become expensive if not careful. Cheapest place around. I think because they only clean when you leave. Only negative is that the people up stairs control the heat so u can get burnt out or frozen solid but if you talk to the people up stairs or the manager they will take care of you

The place stinks of mildew. Dwaine,the owner, charges a "sales tax" on the security deposit! People who rent here can't afford to fight this blatant fraud. This place and it's owner are the worst kind of slum rip off right here in Gillette Wyoming
