Sunset Inn

Rooms are very dirty. Mold on the walls can't believe they have the nerve to try to paint over the mold,bathroom and sink is very disgusting, dead bugs over the floor and the cleaning staff needs to be fired they put sheets on the bed that don't look clean at all and give u towels with a lot of stains on them. Really I think this place should be closed for good. This place is so disgusting I will never come back here

This hotel is nasty they have coak roaches, who ever is suppose to clean doesn't clean at all, there were dead coak roaches all in the bath tub and the curtain rod was broken and fell by itself and almost hit my son in the head, the towls they gave us were brown stained bad the curtains are falling down, dead and alive coak roaches, microwave TV broken chairs broken the rooms are dirty the people who work here are don't care about anything they wouldn't give us extra towels or a microwave that works very rude. This place is nasty!!!!!

The rooms have been recently renovated. I stayed there recently and my room was clean. and very spacious. There was plenty of room for my daughter to run. The only thing is the area isn't too pleasant and the outside isn't too appealing.

Really dirty place smelly rooms. Looked like somebody dumped soup right into the sink and its still there, and they never cleaned that. I didnt have time to argue about it. They painted bathroom all one color even the bath tub a layer over the dirt, instead cleaning the whole thing. Otherwise the is the dirty fridge and broken microwave.

So everyother room in Charlotte was booked or over 140 for a 75 dollar room when I first pulled up I thought it was abandoned then I saw people walking on the balcony and figured I c get it just for the night got in the room and was VERY surprised it was comfortable furniture was new and decent and clean flat screens only draw back no refrigerator or microwave also new doors would be great
