Sunset Hill Campground

Nice rustic campground near Indiana dunes state park. Camped here to hike at the park. It was hard to find the entrance. Google maps took me past it. There are several places to hike nearby if that interests you. It’s a unique campground in that you park your car and then have to walk a bit to your site. It’s not far, just unique. There’s a pit toilet with two open stalls (at least on the Womens side). Looks like there’s also two cabins you could possibly rent. Wide open field for hanging out. There’s a pavilion with lots of picnic tables, fire place and big grills. There was also a volleyball net set up in the field. There are trails that also run through the campground that seem to be quite popular with local runners. Overall a nice little place to stay.

We went to the campground for a cross country event for our grandchild. It's a nice place. Clean grounds and well kept grass.

GORGEOUS light show for Christmas! Moving parts and lights on displays all throughout the park, drive through and see! All free 🎅🤶

Probably my favorite camping spot. Always very clean, friendly, quiet. Great trails.

This place is amazing lots to do and see. Campgrounds is clean and well kept.
