Suburban Studios Winston-Salem near Hanes Mall

The room was nice. I realize it was a suite, but I did expect at least a coffee pot and coffee. It was pretty bare bones. But the room was nice and warm and the beds were comfortable. If you ever stay there, just remember to bring your own coffee pot and coffee or plan to go out for it. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

I've stayed here for 2 weeks and I'm very satisfied with the service and the quality of the accommodations. The staff has been very responsive and helpful. This is an older property. it used to be the Extended Stay. Everything was very clean when I moved in. I had a problem with the heat and they were here about 20 minutes to fix it. I've had a problem with my key card a couple of times and they've been extremely responsive and giving me a new key card within minutes. It appears to be family owned and operated and I think they're doing a great job. The grounds are nicely landscaped and always clean. It's been a very quiet stay . Nobody partying or make it a lot of noise. Remember it's an older Hotel with older fixtures in amenities but they've kept everything in good repair and for the pr

Positive: Location is perfect, it has a kitchen kinda. Negative: Dryer ruined my clothes and the staff did nothing.

This hotel location and room condition and rate is amazing. I never have this type of hotel for this rate before. Front desk check in is so fast . Only issue is they don’t have elevator. I will definitely come again in this hotel when I come in this area.

I was planning to stay here since I'm a hospital employee and the bad winter storm is gonna have people snowed in, but after one night here I was ready to go. The staff is not friendly at all, the TV remote had tape wrapped around it and TV wouldn't even turn in (tried remote and the tv power button), sink water was cloudy, the whole room just seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly and a paper towel was lodged into the smoke detector... Cigarette burns on the tables. There's a little kitchenette but no utensils or plate ware provided... Exposed outlets, paint peeling, etc. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST!!! They have it listed and there's a "breakfast room" by the lobby but the employee said they had no breakfast. Thankfully the Hampton Inn right next to us had a room open and were very accommo
