Suburban Studios Sterling - Washington Dulles

I had a really great stay at Candlewood Suites! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and professional — Amy at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, she really made me feel welcome. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Yvette & Marleni & their crew is the best. They have made my Granddaughter & I feel safe and Welcome. Clean. Comfortable & convenient to stores, restaurants & the movie theater. Yvette & Marleni, thank you ladies for your Kindness, I can't say enough about their Hospitality 5🌟

I love the location. I work in the area and come almost every week from online booking. Marleni has her team all put together and the room is so nice and clean. All staff is frendly but no the sales manager Amy. She calls me all the time and I do not wish to book with her. I make online reservations because for me its much easier. I notice she is not veery friendly witht the staff and always given them a hard time. Kepp up good work Marleni y Ivette and all persons cleaning my room. Overall its a good option and very good pricing.

The Suburban is my family’s GO-TO Hotel in the Northern Virginia—DC area. The hotel is quite comfortable, it is well maintained, and the staff and management are extremely friendly. The hotel is very reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in the area.

Nice rooms, affordable, and a friendly, attentive staff. It's always very clean, and you can tell it's well managed. The beds and pillows are top notch. With all the hotels in the Dulles area, Suburban Studios is a diamond in the rough. I'd stay there again, without a doubt.
