I don't always stay somewhere for more than a night... but when I do... it’s Suburban Studios, the quiet professional of the lodging world that doesn’t need applause to do its job. It’s built for routine, for work boots by the door, for leftovers in the fridge, for mornings that matter. Suburban Studios doesn’t flirt with luxury; it commits to function. Place did not feel inviting at all and I don't have high standards for cheaper hotel options. It reminded me of low rent housing for the poor rather than a hotel. I'm glad I was traveling alone. I may not have stayed if I had family with me. One of the hand towels was heavily stained, the bed cover had a stain, the TV was not operational, there was no toilet paper... I had to call the front desk 4-5 times to get items addressed. They were helpful, but it never should have happened. You could clearly hear other tenets at all hours. There's always some noise at hotels, but this was excessive.

This is my second long term stay at this location, the last one was for 7 months and this one I have been here since July. the location is fantastic, everything and I mean everything restaurants, shopping, gas etc. is less than 3 minutes away. Most are walking distance. But better than that, the staff is the best, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The landscape is well kept and for the most part it is quiet and peaceful.

I haven’t even been here two hours and I’m already regretting my decision to stay here. Besides the layer of grim covering most everything in the room, I immediately found someone’s left over shower gel on the shower ledge. My family has no pots and pans to cook with, nor anything else for that matter. When I asked for more towels, I was told I had to return the dirty ones before getting new ones. I have teenagers, like really. All around absolutely disappointed.

This was terrible. Color hair guy spoke very poor English, hard to communicate. TV was broke. A/C was very loud, room was dirty, housekeeper didnt clean the toilet, mop the floor
