Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spartanburg-North by IHG

We had such a great stay! Willie and Pat were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to meet staff who are both genuinely friendly and attentive, but they were exactly that. Their warmth really made our trip even better. Thank you, Willie and Pat, for the wonderful hospitality!

This is the best 3-star hotel I've stayed in. The room and property are clean and modern. They finished with the renovations last year and it was worth it. The staff were friendly. Their free breakfast was good with some limited yet solid options. It is located by the interstate so if noise bothers you try to request a room that faces away from the traffic.

For a 3-star hotel this was lovely stay. The property and room were modern and most importantly clean. Everyone on the staff were polite and professional. The breakfast was hot and good, albeit some limited options. It is right next to the interstate so if you're sensitive to noise ask for a room that is facing away from the traffic. There's also an indoor pool and gym, I didn't try them but they looked clean.

Chat was amazing! Super friendly, kept everything clean and stocked, and made sure everyone had what they needed (especially coffee!). You can tell they really care about the guests — definitely the highlight of our morning. Thanks, Chat! ☕🥐

Positive: My kids enjoyed the pool. I liked the closeness to the colleges we were visiting. Negative: Key card kept deactivating even after take precaution after staff said whay would cause it to deactivate. Wish the cleaning staff would have vacuumed throughout our stay.
