Days Inn by Wyndham Spartanburg

This is by far one of my most favorite get- away properties. I do a lot of business travel & if ever I’m within 100miles, this is my destination. In 2026, it’s rare to find a business where Hospitality comes first. This place makes me feel like I’m part of the family, I love it & you will too.

We enjoyed the pool and breakfast bar. Plus the staff was very nice and overall helpful when we asked questions about the area.

Ok, beyond the fact that they hav a bathtub with no stopper (which is the one thing I look forward to at hotels since all I have is a shower at home), there was a dirty rag hanging on the shower rod. Not to mention actual spider webs in the he window. I cannot comment on the state of the sheets as I was unwilling to sleep under the blanket (I went and got pillow and blanket from the car. Oh, did I mention the 'house' cat that evidently has it's own room there?

The room was actually nice given the area and the price. It was secluded. I didn’t have any problems while staying there. I did read reviews about the cats prior to going to the hotel. We saw 2 cats, however the cats never bothered us or came up to us. Saying that, there were a lot of cats within about a 2 mile radius. So I don’t think they are the only ones feeding them. We were there for softball tournament and the breakfast and pool were not used by us and I can’t give a review.

Positive: The staff Negative: Lock on door broken, paint in bathroom peeling and scratched up, most rooms under construction, not great part of town, non smoking room smelled like smoke, maidoutsid our room for 1.5 hrs before check out. She knocked on our door 2 hrs before cout to cln
