Suburban Studios McDonough South I-75

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. The staff were friendly, efficient, and added to the warm atmosphere. The hotel's location was also perfectly convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a lovely experience that I would highly recommend.

My room was very dirty. It had roaches. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The sheets was beige look like they haven’t been washed. Has stains on them. Lots of noise people smoking outside your door. It was horrible. I would not recommend this place to nobody.

If i could give a 0 I 100% would do so.... However, I checked into this hotel with short notice due long distance driving!!! I checked in around 10p an was given room #230 for the night... little did i know I was going to be in a very uncomfortable situation because Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches was crawling all over that doggone room. I had to check out early around 12am with no sleep an decided that I was just going to take a loss on my choice points/funds and just drive 5 hrs home to Tennessee to my clean space!!! Side note #1 I went to the service desk at the hotel an I was offered a room change... However, if roaches is in one room by the dozens therefore the property and other rooms also have roaches. Side note #2 I contacted choice relations about the roach issue an how unco

Upon first arrival it seemed to be as any other regular hotel. Because my flight was delayed, I arrived much later than planned and it was well into the evening. Here are a few issues I found during my visit: No iron/board No consistent breakfast Shabby interior in room Door to my room became stuck closed (resident with permission from staff slammed door open; maintenance was offsite at the time) No offer of discount for problems!! Would never use this hotel again!!!!!

My room had been completely renovated and the shower was especially great! The rate was exceptionally reasonable for suburban Atlanta as well. But the hotel grounds were needing much more attention. There was a lot of trash in and around the parking lot, none of the vending/ice machines were working, and the landscaping needed serious attention. If my room was an indication that they are starting to upgrade the entire complex, then I would try it again in the future.
