As they say you get what you pay for. The minute you pull up, there are people directly infront of the entrance smoking blocking the path as the ashtray is poorly placed. The Guest service agent was completely disheveled and looked like she rolled out of bed, she was nice but seems as if she was unsure as to why she was doing. We showed up at 3:20pm, check in is at 3pm and were told none of the double rooms had been cleaned yet as they only have one housekeeper on the weekends so it would be another hour before we got our room. There is no breakfast just free coffee and by the looks of it I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. The bellhop cart is kept locked away and you have to give your license to use it. We stayed in room 117. First upon entry, the room smelled of something horrible. I couldn't begin to describe the stench of something rotten mixed with the stench of something dead. The carpet had holes in it, & you couldn't walk barefoot on it. It had a filthy feeling on your feet & actually almost turned my feet black. Then the stains on the walls with stains of being touched with filthy hands. Then there's the issue of the dished in the dishwasher were dirty. So we did wash those. We also did not know they rented the rooms out to sketchy patrons by the month who let their kids run around all over the place being loud. Overall it was disgusting. I will definitely be contacting 40/29 news & Choice hotels. I've been a diamond member for a very long time & this is by far the worst hotel I'

Clean room in a good location. Very inexpensive so I did not expect much. There were a lot of people there, making it feel very busy and somewhat noisy. Room wasn't totally perfect; the walls were a bit stained and needed repainting, and some of the carpet was torn up. Clean though, no bugs or anything super nasty. Biggest problem was the fire alarm going off every single day I was there at some point; once at about 6:30 AM. Very loud and nobody was taking them seriously due to how common it was. Every room has a stovetop so I'm not sure if they're reacting to guests cooking or to someone else. Overall for the price it was fine. Without the fire alarm problem it would have been all I could ask for.

Don't come to this hotel if you want to use the internet. In a period of two days, their wi-fi would not connect me to the sign-in page. When I asked at the desk, they rudely gave me a number for tech support for me to call. This involved a long wait on the phone, which they must have known, because the night desk person refused to make the call for me. She said the problem was with my laptop, which was clearly not the problem, as she admitted they've been having this problem and "there might be something wrong with the router." Complete unconcern and terrible attitude from the staff. After about a half hour on the phone, the tech support said they couldn't fix the problem and said they would call back "when they could." Budget friendly… decent bed… close to ‘Dunkin’. That’s about it for the good. 😕 I stayed there 11 October. The floor of the elevator probably has not been mopped in days. Going into the room 421 - I first noticed the smell - subtle but present. It smelled like someone had peed on the carpet - and the housekeepers did not do a good job in cleaning. 🤯 SHAMPOO CLEAN the carpets! 😖 The bed was haphazardly made up - ATTENTION to DETAIL! The alarm clock was more than an hour wrong. I didn’t see how to change the time, so I unplugged it. 😕 The bathtub was BADLY stained around the drain hole - BLEACH it or replace it! The shower and the tub faucet leaked. 🙁 So if budget is important - good choice. But, I will never stay there again. ☹️
