The gentleman who works at the desk at night is so kind! He was helpful, informational and he even gave my daughter who was throwing a tantrum a free bag of chips that were marked up very high as they use a third party. The woman who’s there during the day (shoulder length dark hair) is extremely rude and possesses NO people skills. She was rude and hesitant about signing a refund receipt as I have this done for my documentation due to us traveling a lot and I accidentally ordered a charger to that hotel as that’s the address that auto-populated and she was hesitant (almost unwilling) to grab it for me or have someone else do so, so I could pick it up. That would only entail going to the room to grab it? She stated, “We don’t do that.” Not very accommodating if you ask me. Rooms were okay
