Sparkly clean fresh smelling rooms that are large and well equipped Modern appliances full size Refrigerator Electric stove microwave and even a ironing board that unfolds out of the wall. This Hotel is extremely quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights.The rooms are so quiet I suspect their is good sound proofing installed The security in this place is very good. Lobby Desk host Antwon was very cordial and helpful. I would personally recommend this excellent hotel and enthusiastically rebook here again.

Even as an extended stay hotel, I only stayed for three nights, but was so surprised that they did not have at least a small bar of soap and shampoo in the room. We had to ask for soap and they said they didn’t do anything else we were able to procure a small bar of soap. There was only one nightstand for a king size bed. There was a lot of dust in the room and the cleaning wasn’t done. Well. I don’t think I would stay here again. The staff was very nice though.

As a frequent Choice Hotels guest, I recently discovered Suburban Studios in Arlington Heights near O’Hare Airport and have been staying here for the past six months. My experience has been consistently excellent. I want to specifically recognize Steve at the front desk. He is truly a general manager in the making. From day one, he has provided white-glove service simply by being himself, professional, personable, and genuinely welcoming. He treats guests with care and respect, making you feel more like a valued regular than just another reservation. Steve has made my extended stay comfortable and stress-free, and his leadership and customer-first mindset really stand out. Choice Hotels would be lucky to see him continue to grow and climb the ranks within the organization. Highly recomm

Do not waste your money by staying here, especially if you have a cat. The hallways are very warm and have a really bad smell. You can only enter the property through the front door, which is very inconvenient. They have exit doors by the stairs, however, they can only be used to leave the property. At first glance, the room was sufficient. It seemed clean and smelled nice, however, after the first day, the nice smell disappeared and it smelled humid. There was black mold in the ac unit and you could hear it leak. The refrigerator also always had water inside. The area around the sink had a horrible smell of standing water, which was on the carpet. This place should provide face masks at the time of check because you really shouldn’t be smelling whatever is in the rooms. The show

On Monday, 12/29/'25, Myself and my daughter stayed here until 1/1/'26. I had three issues with this stay. 1. For two days, I asked for a t.v. remote because It was missing. I was told they would bring it up, and they never did. On my last day, I asked frhe front desk person if I could get a discount because of this and she said she'll talk to the managers. So we'll see how that goes. 2. This is a extended stay place, not a motel or hotel. They have many different rules, for example you have to throw your own garbage into the dumpster outside In the parking lot, and you can't get new towels/ linen except for between 3 to 6 p m every day, and you have to sign about four pages of documents regarding all these different rules.
