Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Arlington Heights/South

Had a really good stay here for a few days. Stayed here after having two bad hotel experiences in other locations and this really made up for it. The pool was heated and the workout room was really clean. The location has lots of restaurants and things to do around. I was happy that there was a Starbucks inside the hotel as well. We were met with friendly staff and a clean room. My friend and I will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Positive: Location Negative: Stale Smell when entering the room. Access door to our room (Remote Door 3) was broken, requiring us to walk back to door 2 to get into the hotel and access our elevator

We've stayed many times, my family is centerly located in this area. We live out of state and Marriott Bonvoy club members. This location is currently updating half the hotel and entrance. Really past due. This location has such potential. Near O'Hare and fabulous restaurants. I can't wait to see the new rooms and entrance outside lobby. My son and fiance booked a room and said their room was clean and just fine for them. The Christmas decor and lit fireplace are very nice. I would definitely recommend this Courtyard Marriott for any lodging or vacation time away from home.

Friendly lady in reception checked us in. Room looked out on to the garden with the indoor swimming pool opposite. There was no hairdrier in the room and I asked the lady in reception if one could be supplied. This was done very promptly, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable, a bit on the shabby side but overall clean. Good night's sleep was had. Breakfast was available in the hotel lobby, which was a bit noisy but okay. The staff at the breakfast bar were very nice and friendly. We had a look at the indoor pool which was nice - a bit on the chilly side but plenty of towels and beds available. I would stay here again if no other option was available. The hotel is located on a very busy road but the rooms are situated at the back of the hotel , so we did not find

Rooms were a little outdated.. definitely needs some updating. The pool was on the smaller side but was nice and warm. There weren't many channels on the TV. The ac wasn't working right and kept shutting off so we were all hot the whole night so didn't get much sleep 🤦‍♀️the beds were comfortable
