Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Buffalo Grove

This is hands down the best Comfort Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at — honestly the best in the country in my experience. It was previously a Marriott property, and you can absolutely feel that quality throughout the building. The layout, finishes, and overall feel still have that Marriott standard, but now you get it at a much better price as a Comfort. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and professionally managed. Staff was friendly and efficient, and breakfast was great too. If you’re in the Arlington Heights / Buffalo Grove area, this is an easy choice. Marriott-level quality without the Marriott price tag.

It's fine. It's clean. It's pretty no frills. The heat was oddly inconsistent - but in a weird way - and it may have been that I didn't understand the heater. I set the heat at 71 degrees and in the middle of the night it raised itself to 81 degrees, which was fine - but it made the room painfully dry. The showers and everything were clean. There is no luxury, but absolutely everything was serviceable. The bed wasn't comfortable. There are other Comfort Inn Suites across the country and the beds are super comfortable, which is why I choose Comfort Inn Suites. The beds at this location are not the best.

I feel absolutely betrayed and violated. A female staff member by the name Norma stole my favorite $1400 gold diamond snake ring that I've owned since 2017.|She was the only person in my room all day on December 13th and I filed a police report that evening to try to get my stolen ring back.||She doesn't understand or speak much English but she gestured for me to place my two beautiful pets into the bathroom area while she cleaned my bedroom. I left my beautiful pinky ring on a piece of selenite on my table bed stand and during the three minutes it took to put my pets away she took my ring from off the table without me noticing.||She acted very suspicious too. She excused herself and ran downstairs to grab new sheets and that's when she obviously stored my $1400 ring of sentimental value

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was extremely clean, which made a huge difference. The daytime supervisor was awesome, and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety, and the pool was wonderfully warm—perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Great Hotel for the price. You will not find better one in the vicinity of 5-10 miles. Believe me. I’ve been at most of them. Big shout out to (Jay) at the front desk. Very helpful & friendly. Morning breakfast is just perfect & you should not be disappointed. Will definitely stay there again soon as our daughter lives 1mile away.
