Sturbridge Plaza Hotel

Positive: Had a comfortable bed thats about it though. Negative: The front desk lady was pretty rude, stains on the shower towels,a lot of the breakfast was expired like the butter, the juice didnt taste good and they didnt even have spoons for cereal. Only restock things only when they finish not if its old or expired

Was tricky to find as formerly called Days Inn and now transitioning to Sturbridge Plaza, plus the Google pin is in the wrong location. Go to the Daisy Inn pin - the road behind the plaza area winds a little way to the hotel. We arrived after 9 and staff was present and friendly. Room size is good. Bed was comfy. Given the price range room was fine.

Dirty rooms no coffee in the room just coffee Keurig no cups in the room. Manager embarrassed employee by yelling at her in front of all the customers with the door the office open at the front desk. Male night Manager yelled at a crew of five people renting rooms who worked the Woodstock Fair didn't have enough towels for them two nights in a row and treating them like crap. The pool is never open or works. The breakfast is horrible you only have two kinds of cereal they don't have anything but a couple muffins they put out and some gross bread the waffle maker barely works. Lobby area is disgusting Carpet never vacuumed. Left there a day early disgusted with how they treat their customers and their employees and how dirty the place is and I still haven't got a refund for the night I didn

Positive: Nothing Negative: Well to start, you are accepting bookings as the Sturbridge Plaza Hotel....there is no such thing...it is a Days Inn. No signage telling folks that they are at the right place.

The short and sweet of it. Hannah was super nice and accommodating with my needs. All I’ll say…. You get room 222…..automatically ask for another room.
