Hampton Inn Sturbridge

Expedia did mess up my booking, it was supposed to be 2/14-2/16, they booking was set for 2/13-2/15. I went to grab the address when I noticed this mistake. Expedia directed me to the hotel, they told me my reservation had been canceled and I would have to talk to Expedia for a refund. The front desk person was rude, did not offer to rebook us, just said “anything else?” Unfortunately our event was the next day and we needed a room. I asked to rebook, of course it was a higher rate, he seemed annoyed having to do that. When I spoke to Expedia again they told me that the hotel was in charge of my refund, luckily she called the hotel back for me to advocate for my refund, I was just annoyed that they lied, going as far to say “if it were up to us we would give you the refund.” We got there

This Hampton has been our first choice for years and years of visits to OSV, Brimfield and as a stop off for trips further North. Great location, great service, great breakfast, clean and quiet. Everything in great working order. Love the Renovations and New Look! Highly recommend a stay. Note: photos show one VERY zoomed in spot near the tub base-hardly noticeable but full disclosure. This spot did|NOT interrupt our stay in any way. We look forward to our next visit!

Our trip home had a couple setbacks & decided to spend the night. What a great find along 84. Not directly at exit to get off, but was at exit to get back on. Rooms were clean & updated. Staff friendly. Breakfast was delicious & had many choices.

Positive: "" Negative: Stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned or beds made after 1st night. Think it was oversight, did not complain to management.

My wife, our 16-month-old, and I stayed at the Hampton Inn while in town for a wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center and easily accessible from the highway, making it perfect for travelers. Our room and bathroom were spotless and exceptionally clean, which we really appreciated, especially with a young child. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had plenty of options. They even had a high chair available, which made breakfast time much easier with our little one. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to
