Scottish Inns Sturbridge, MA

Hidden Gem! Really wonderful stay at Scottish Inn this weekend. Came up from CT to participate in the Brimfield Flea Market. Was looking for an affordable stay close to the venue. Found this. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Motel is no frills, but wonderful service. If you are looking for a great place to rest your head, Scottish Inn is it.

Positive: Clean room. Quiet private outside entry. Negative: No keurig in room (we brought our own). Breakfast not until 7am (we had to leave at 6am one day so didn'tgetto eat). Smell of patchouli in front office (I am allergic).

While being a bit old fashioned, this inn has been upgraded as much as possible and is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rather spartan but quite normal for these types of establishments – a good selection of breads, bagels, and fresh bananas. We were not disappointed. The manager/proprietor runs a very good place. Very pretty landscaping.

Perfect place to lay my head. I was on the road. I needed to stop for the night. Host was friendly & pleasant. The room was clean and the color scheme was inviting. Warm blanket and there were several pillows on the bed. Bathroom was immaculate. I could hear minimal noise in the next room on occasion. As a single female, I felt safe. I would return!

What a wonderfull inn. The room was clean, great size and it has everything. Great location and a basic breakfast included. We stayed 4 nights and there was never a problem.
