Studio 6 Suites Portland, Or – Downtown Ohsu

Room was very clean and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of room to move around in there, there was a loveseat and a table for a computer off to the side. Toilet and shower worked just fine and looked very clean. There was a weird issue with the card keys not staying magnetized, which meant popping into the lobby 3 times to get the cards re-set. It worked out fine for me, but as I understand the lobby is not staffed 24 hours so I'm glad someone was there when my cards weren't letting me into the building.

Positive: My room was clean. Negative: The first room given to me was not cleaned or made up. The second was clean, but I didnt know there was any hotel that doesnt give you shampoo. And I know that this hotel and many allow dogs, but it’s out of control. Dogs barking everywhere, all night.

We have stayed at the Hospitality Inn several times. The service is consistently friendly and competent. It has been consistently clean, with a good shower, and nice towels. Beds are also good, there are microwaves and refrigerators in all rooms we have had. It is very quiet---no street noise or noise from hallway that we have ever experienced. The location is excellent...close to I-5, Barbur, and Capitol Hiway. Parking has always been adequate. We usually go out for breakfast as SW Portland has some great breakfast spots; however there is decent coffee, pre-packaged yogurt, and small bagels available, and you can make your own waffles. Plus with a fridge and microwave we bring our own eats as needed.

The lady working last night was never nice and helpful and was very flexible on id I had available. In the morning I had left a very personal item in my room...called and asked about it and house keeping say they never found it... And the item is for sure not in either one of our bags we brought.... It was a 200$ vibrator... I heard house keeping tell her over the phone she did the bedding and didn't find anything... But that's the only place it would have been...I called back after re cheating our bags to let her know we for sure don't have to in our stuff and to ask her to look again ...no one will answer the phone now....

We ended up staying for a week during our transition from Washington to Oregon. We had an incredible experience with staff in accommodating our lovely pets and proper education on ADA rights towards service animals THANK YOU even off duty she was well respected. The room was clean and comfortable definitely more than we were expecting. It was a great stay and no issues booking through a 3rd party service which can be an issue for some chains besides for our pets which was on the 3rd party. Despite past complaints of drug use around the property during our week here we saw very little besides for courteous customers smoking well away from the doors in designated areas with lots of disposal areas for both pet waste and smoking ends.
