Very clean and all front desk are very nice and look out. Love my stay and will continue staying here. Room is nice enough room for myself and the area is very quiet

Traveling for multiple Doctors appointments and the stay was wonderful and peaceful. Staff was polite every time I saw them.

So far my stay has been ok my room is huge with a oven and stove thats the good part. The bed is comfortable thank goodness. I like the space of the suite i got. On da flipside, the hallways are nasty dirty carpet , not enough towels, odor in the hallways smelled real sour. My wifi is in and out !! now my tv not working just horrible im uncomfortable. The pictures didnt look anything like the actual room on the website. Unfortunately i have to stay here for christmas this year a whole week so ill make the best of it. The pull out couch is hard no linens, hot water is not that hot. Phone lines dont work !!Customer service is ok they do their best to work with you. i wouldnt recommend this place unless youre short on money and need something quick but the location is awesome surrounded b

I booked this hotel under the impression that this was an extended stay. The first room I had was DIRTY, you can tell all the do is change the linen. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but the hotel 2nd floor reeked of smoke. My room also did. I always clean my hotel room before the stay but I did not want to be charge for the smoke smell. The front desk help lady samya put me in a room on the third floor, the hallway up there stunk so bad I did not want to leave to bring my stuff if . 15 in the second room I’m leaving calling the hotel line about my experience I did not feel good comfortable in the room w|o buying bedding. If I could do less than 1 star I would. Drove 3 hours for our reservation that I booked 3 weeks ago to be told that they “overbooked” and had no rooms available. Approached that they “tried to call” to tell us, but called at 7:30pm the same day of the reservation. But we would’ve been charged the full amount if we would’ve cancelled the day prior??? Then left stranded 3 hours away from home. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend staying here.
