👎HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE‼️👎 WOKE UP TO ELECTRICAL FIRE & FOUND BED BUGS⁉️⁉️ 😳🤯😱😤😵‍🤬🤢💩 &NO POOL. I had reserved and paid for a week in advance to stay here in a double queen room. And I was actually somewhat excited been a long time since I had stayed there and I had remembered the place having some kind of badass rooms.. Alas, When I got there: >>@1ST they put me into a room on the first floor (#121) - which was never even cleaned! ...The freezer was frozen solid, the stove didn't work, there was NO blankets on the beds (*but there WAS piss stains /dirt/ hair ALL over them!) The floor was also FILTHY (when wiped-rag turned black instantly).... NO cable/NO channels on TV at all... the "view" from out my window was of this big ugly RV parked in the back of the hotel.... i even found shit that

Positive: Nothing . It was close to airport , that was the only good thing . Negative: Awful place. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at ... not just saying that .

I wish I could upload the video I took of how dirty the room was. It was obvious that house keeping only made the bed. The floor was dirty had debris on it was looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped in between guest. When we got to the room it smelled like someone just smoked a carton of cigarettes the microwave was coated in old food. The toilet had pee around it on the floor. The chairs were broken so if we wanted to sit and eat that wasn’t an option. When I told the front desk employee about the smell he said they didn’t have anymore room so we had to sleep with both windows open(one of which didn’t have a screen) and the AC on full blast. Take your stuff and run for your life.||Prior to check in, the hotel doesn’t feel safe at all, the outside parking is small and the underground one smell like piss. ||When iI checked in, I had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk manager to show up. Then, when i got my room key the real show started.||From the underground parking to the first floor the stairway is small, smelly and packed with garbage. Them when we got to our room, i was in shock: the room floor looked like it had not been mop for ages, their was nothing to cook with (even if we rented the place for the kitchenette), the microwave was nasty and rusted and so on.||I went back to the front desk to understand why we didn’t have anything to cook with and so on. This is the worst motel in this hotel chain. When you stay in motels, you kind of know what to expect — but this was beyond anything reasonable. The smell hit us the second we opened the door, and it was horrible. People weren’t kidding in the reviews — it literally smells like a dog shelter. The room reeked of urine so badly it was almost unbearable. I wish cameras could capture smells, because this one would make you sick. We checked in and left right away. Unfortunately, we got there after 10 p.m. when all the staff had already gone home, so there was no one to talk to. The beds had clearly been used, trash was still in the bins, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. We were shocked.
