You wouldn’t guess it by the location. But it’s a really nice room. I stayed twice going into Dallas and then back to Nashville. Full fridge and freezer. Really clean. The price was 47 dollars a night each time. Nice TV with a large desk, sink in the room, microwave, like a mini studio. And they’re very nice at the front desk. Just a 25 dollar deposit.

I would never ever ever stay at this hotel a day in my life again , they are so rude and disrespectful. My first night I seen the older lady (owner) get into with someone who stayed next to me because she woke him up out his sleep to do a so called inspection you can’t rest even tho that’s what you paid for a hotel to do . Me and my wife stayed 5 days because we was from out of town and she did an inspection every single day on top of house keeping coming to knock on your door . She ordered all of us out the room lined up in the hallway to do a room inspection which is crazy I felt like I was in jail the way not only she treated me and my family but the others is a disgrace and when you speak up she wants to put you out . The room was clean but believe me there are way better hotels around

Studio 6 Little Rock South exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay, including a full kitchenette. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. The property felt safe and quiet, and parking was convenient. For the price, the comfort and value are outstanding. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The motel itself was average, but the location was excellent! I was able to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant and do some quick shopping without having to drive far. The room was basic but clean. Good for a night’s stay if you need convenience.

I visited my family for thanksgiving. I has a booking at the hotel customer service is the worst. I was told I had one to many people and had to purchase another room. I told them I would not so refund my money he said my card was declining the refund. So he told me to go through my bank I did they did the dispute and someone at that location stated I stayed there when I didn’t. So I called them and ask them to do the refund. She told me to stop calling and I am harassing them. Told me to call my bank because they were not going to give me my money. I asked for corporate number she said look it up I asked for her name she said no and hung up on me. They don’t want to fix the people because there works don’t know how to process a refund.
