Worst hotel experiences have had in my life! If I could give zero stars I would!!! The hotel is renovating but very dirty!!! ( and not from renovations) After listening to a dog bark for 2 hour next door I called the front desk! Iris processed to tell me she is not on the 4th floor so she wouldn’t know if a dog was barking!!! If they had housekeeping (that they don’t) or the maintenance man who was 2 doors down working on a room and said nothing! No one came up to check!!! I finally went down and Iris told me she called the guest (because she already knew) and said there was nothing more she could do! I’m a Guest too!!! I would like to be treated as a guest well! I decided to just leave and I walked out to a women passed out in front of my car! I spent an hour helping her calling emerge

This place is disgusting. We were driving all day and it got late we decided to stop for the night. Got into room and it was out dated, no fridge, no microwave, no coffee pot. I was scared to touch anything as it was dirty. Shower would not drain water. If it hadn’t been so late and we needed sleep I would of demanded my money back. Slept with my clothes on for 4 hours and left. This place needs to be closed down. Gross!!!!

🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 everywhere in the hall behind my refrigerator, she blamed me for getting kicked out on seeing my dog on the bed when I opened the door, the one woman said "Were working on the roaches" I replied " I see that, the roach trap between the refrigerator and the cabinet is full..." I got moved from room 328, heater stopped working, no weekend maintenance, to room 323 roaches everywhere, to room 302, next morning they kicked me out because of the dog incident, I contacted the investors of the property, she won't get away with this. I moved 3 rooms in 3 days, I am a Homeless Veteran, 64 years old retired, working with the VA Administration and SSVS. We'll meet again.......

They are remodeling & it takes time! But the rooms are comfortable & clean! This is our 3rd time staying when we travel through! Parking lot accommodates our 40ft trailer! It’s close to anything you can need! Iris & Patty are incredible and go above and beyond for their guests! Rest of staff is happy & friendly!

REVIEW WITH MOTEL 6 RESPONSE: I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent stay at one of your locations during a cross-country trip for a medical emergency. As a frequent traveler, I have long appreciated Motel 6’s pet-friendly policies and no-hassle accommodations, especially when traveling with my family and our four-legged companion. Due to the unpredictable nature of our travel schedule, we were unable to book in advance and arrived as walk-ins. We were informed that only studio rooms were available, and given the high demand in the area at this time, we were grateful to secure a room. However, upon entering the room, my daughters were immediately terrified by a severe roach infestation. This was not a case of a few stray insects, roaches we
