Not worth your money - not even for a quick one-night stay while passing through.||The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time you need something, you have to wait 10–15 minutes for someone to even show up, and when they do, they act irritated that you dared to ask.||Our coffee maker was broken and missing pieces. I politely asked for a replacement and was lied to about getting a new one — I had to go back three times. When I finally asked how long it would take, she said “However long it takes me to get my sh** done.”|I was absolutely appalled. I also witnessed staff yelling at someone on the phone and then hanging up on them, which says a lot about how guests are treated.||The room itself was in poor condition: Not clean, Toilet was leaking and unstable, Bathtub was dirty,

Ok my name is Patricia Kern and veteran husband Joseph Carpenter. This motel did a complete turnaround. From my last review carissa is a wonderful manager. The staff very helpful and we have been here two months like family here its cheap on price. They do pay attention to everyones needs and are compassionate. I would recommend highly to anyone in hard position inlife..

Positive: I use to like it a year ago but this stay , no housekeeping came when I told them .The Wi-Fi was out for a week , the tub was peeling and there was a molding smell , you can see the room had been flooded out before and can see it on the bathroom door. Negative: Molding smell , 2 worms were in my room and the guy would not come get them out and kept saying they won’t do anything to me when I asked him about 7 times to remove them.

For $250 ….. I Arrived no one was there to help phone was ripped of the wire for reception tried the vending machine area and a man was sleeping in there. Groups of people drinking in the parking lot … fine what ever. Open the door and you can smell the room before you even see in side is was like walking into in actual carton of cigarettes . The floors weren’t even swept the bed were the kind you see in emergency evacuations ( not exaggerate I think they’re the exact same) the fridge had puddles of water. The bath room all I saw was the tub and that was round looked at nothing else and left. I wouldn’t have stayed there for free.

Tried calling the front desk for 8 hours to let them know that we were going to be late checking in. Never did get an answer. When we got there the front office smelt terribly of marijuana. Sketchy people all outside making us very uncomfortable The room was very dirty. Cabinets were hanging off the hinge. Door didn’t close properly. Toilet didn’t flush. 0 water pressure. Definitely will not be back and do not recommend staying here.
