12 day stay and I would stay here again, the manager Andrew, I think he was great and Cassandra was sweet and wonderful herself. There was a small hiccup that was fixed so im beyond happy with my stay overall. The rooms aren't updated like some other hotels but they were very clean and having the kitchenette helps save costs on food. Plenty of cabinet space and you do have to login to some of the apps on the tv but that wasnt a big deal for me. Everything is within a mile or so and you can get deliveries easily. I wish the best to the staff and also the sweet maintenance man who loved seeing my pup every morning. I didnt ask his name, sorry about that but wish yall well and maybe ill see you soon.

This place was awful. I figured because it was an Extended Stay that it would be decent. The only good thing about this place was the people at the front desk. They were very kind and did refund us for our trouble. The two rooms that we rented for our family were filthy. The floors were dirty. We wiped one with a wash cloth and it was black and brown. The excuse from the front was that wood floors are hard to clean. There were bugs everywhere and the rooms smelled like smoke and weren't stocked properly. My favorite was the pot smokers outside one of rooms, who looked like they had not showered in about a year. No offense to pot smokers. I just personally don't want it wafting into my room. Clean rooms & convenient location. I was very upset when I arrived after a reservation mishap at another hotel with my party. After a long day, Breann helped me secure a room. She was very accommodating and attentive. She completely turned my evening around. 5 stars simply because of my engagement with her alone. Next time I’m in town, this will be my first option!

Beds and linens look spotless and they smell like they were sanitized. What a relief to some other area hotels. Thanks to Mae the housekeeper for the room. Helped me to get some needed rest. Thanks for the pride, it shows!

I booked this hotel through Expedia last minute on a Thursday late evening but accidentally selected the wrong dates (Thursday–Sunday instead of Friday–Monday). I immediately contacted Expedia to correct the mistake, and they reached out to the hotel on my behalf. Expedia let me know that the hotel refused to adjust my dates or issue a refund, but they did request that I not be marked as a “no-show” so that I could check in on Friday instead. The front desk representative, *Bree*, was the person Expedia spoke with directly. When I arrived the next day—the actual dates I intended to stay—I discovered that I had been marked as a no-show as per request of Expedia.
