Studio 6 Dallas, TX - Fair Park

The building is nice, lobby, halls and room have visual appeal. All my positive ends there. We had dirty sheets on our bed, and we're told we couldn't change rooms and housekeeping was already gone so we were stuck with it. There was trash on the elevator floor, it stayed there all day and night. There was trash on our room floor and the shower walls has shampoo/conditioner stuck on them from a previous guest. They provide no amenities beyond a bar of soap. No shampoo, conditioner or even tissues.

Everything was perfect I’ll definitely be back room clean staff was real nice 😁🫶🏾

If I could give this place zero stars I would. As soon as we pulled in we saw a gentalmen taping up his truck window went inside checked in and THEN were told that windows in vehicals were being smashed (no refunds). Now the room. GROSS, floors are dirty and the bathroom wall has some gross red I dont even know what all over it! How hard is it to just wipe down a wall?. The beds hard as a rock dont plan on getting any sleep. You can also hear everything and everyone. Walls are paper thin and so are the floors. You can hear every single move someone makes. The outlets did not work. We had 1 outlet to charge 4 adult cell phones. Only 1 light worked. You get what you pay for but good grief $115 a night you'd expect better! That and they charge $100 deposit? Its refundable yes but there is not

I stay here a couple weekends a month for work and Im always satisfied. The whole building is new, the lady at the front desk is always nice and it’s within walking distance of the Planet Fitness on Buckner. Also, the housekeeping staff is top notch. No need to stay anywhere else.

Been here 3mos, no real problems, friendly staff.,... Well I spoke too soon. The hotel had a power outage this am.(. I can tell by some of my devices) I return this afternoon and my microwave and air fryer had no power. I went to the desk and the owner and his wife immediately insinuated that i tripped the breaker, and started giving me tips on cooking in my room. I'm completely insulted as i have been here 3 months and never tripped the breaker. And I don't like cooking with my bathroom door (in the kitchen) open. Welp, "Ash" can't fix everything. Time to go.
