StaySure Inn Blue Springs

We chose this hotel as it was on our route (good location for us), and we were not disappointed. My wife is picky about room cleanliness, and upon her inspection she was pleased to find the room to be clean to her standards (which is saying a lot). Thus, the hard work of the staff, in cleaning the rooms, was evident during my wife's inspection. The cost per night was a reasonable rate ($76/night) for the time that we passed through, which is very reasonable these days. We were greeted at the desk (at about midnight, as we arrived late) by Tim, a very kind and honest young man. After checking in, I accidentally left my credit card at the front desk and walked away towards my room (which could have been disastrous had the card fallen into the wrong hands), but Tim quickly got my attention

We stayed for 3 days, it was really fun and the area around is fun to explore, there's a really good Toca place next to it. The hotel room is clean and really nice. There's a pool and hot tub, both really clean and fun to play in. It is pet friendly, the dude at the counter is really sweet and a really cool dude. Elevator is a tiny bit creepy but it's fun.

Absolutely no bed bugs as described in other reviews. Room was clean. Location was great. The only disappointment was the lack of breakfast items and availability. Not much to choose from and ran out pretty fast. Would not be able to supply enough for a large group.

"pet friendly" one would think means ALL pets. Nope.. we only allow dogs and make an acception for your cat... If he stays in the crate the entire time! That's inhumane!

DONT DO IT!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! DON’T DO IT!! I booked through a third party which created its own issue. I understand hotel have their rules, but the male owner made it very clear he only cared about how much money he could continue to get out of my family. He stated a 2 bedroom could only have 4 guest in it per fire code. This is not true given we have booked at many hotels as a family of 5. When the female owner tried to help me and explain things he told her to STFU and continued to be extremely rude to her in front of me. As a business owner myself, I know this type of behavior would never make my clients feel safe or confident in my ability to provide them a service. Reviews say this place is clean, and it wasn’t.
