Check in was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. This was only of the only hotels that had a room thats allowed 5 (2 adults & 3 kiddos). Other hotels make you get 2 (crazy). Water was HOT, water pressure was PHENOMENAL! Walls were sound proofed to no one had to hear the baby scream at 3am (thank God). Beds were super comfy. 10/10 recommend, oh and the price was great especially with how nice of a hotel it is!

I checked in at 5:38pm and was told they need a card on incidental hold, then they charged the card at that moment. The next day I had a charge to my card at 4:45am that I didn't make and it didn't match the same incidental hold amount from yesterday. I went down to see why I was charged, but the guy had no idea why or who did it. He said maybe you got something or maybe it's the incidental hold. I showed him I can't be the incidental hold because the amount larger than when I checked in. The problem went on for 30 minutes, how is it no one can show me or explain this charge. Truth, honesty, and transparency to your customers with the ability to answer any questions for extra charges is key to any business!!!!!!!! Customer service is your business be better!!!!!!!

What a great location! Got stuck from a snow storm and this was the nearest to me. I was able to walk to a nice shopping place where there was TJ Maxx and Ross. Literally right next to it. It was a night well spent!

I think that it's time for a refresh. It doesn't have the vibrant feel that most courtyards have taken on. My room had a musty/mildly moldy smell. The room, while niece needs to be updated. Some of the wallpaper was peeling from the upper corners and the lighting in the bathroom is atrocious. It feels dark and the fact that there's a tub in there takes the room back to the 1990s. The Wi-Fi in the room was practically nonexistent. There is no lan connection so you can't connect to the internet via hardwire connection. The 'enhanced' Wi-Fi was struggling to hit 1 Mbps, which made it practically impossible to do the work that I needed to do. The internet and the lobby was just as bad. I think management definitely needs to step it up and put some money into this place
