La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Blue Springs

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect for my husband and myself and our 2 dogs. Had a side door to use to take the dogs out to do their business. Breakfast was amazing! No problems. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Missouri!

Positive: Cheap, decent breakfast. Negative: Unfortunately, this hotel needs some work. The first room they put me in was very musty smelling, and had visible mold on the A/C unit. The staff was great and moved me to another room, which was better, but still a little musty.

Had a king size room on the third floor. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful. Everything was clean. Staff was great. I'd stay here again and recommend it highly. Breakfast was also very good in the morning

Very nice breakfast. Polite friendly staff. Clean, quiet room, although we weren’t given a main floor pet-friendly location —as we had requested when we made the reservation and again when we provided all the early check in information.

Awful, traumatizing experience. Had a late start and didn’t arrive until 4am after driving 8 hours; relieved to finally reach hotel. Told check-ins weren’t permitted after 3:30am. Nothing in our prepaid Expedia reservation mentioned a cut-off time. Attendant said Expedia couldn’t be trusted to have correct hotel policy and we might have to pay a “no-show fee” to have the room. Tried explaining we had a guaranteed reservation as it was prepaid, attendant didn’t want to hear it. Issued us the key and was told manager would be in around 7am to resolve the issue.
