C at the front desk was awesome. I was having a bad day and had an attitude. He was very polite. And he helped with what I was having a problem with. He made the rest of my stay enjoyable. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. And the breakfast was really convenient also. Thank you C for giving my kids and I a good experience.

This was a very nice place to stay. Front desk very hospitable. Beds were comfortable and room clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were clean. And breakfast was great, not just cereal, waffles, bagles, and muffins... they also had eggs, sausage and bacon.... highly recommend staying there, and I will next time around also.

Totally Amazing!||||I arrived at 2:30 PM, excited to catch a Royals vs. Reds game that evening. When I got to the front desk, I asked what time check-in was. The concierge told me it was at 3 PM, but I could check in early for $10. Before I could even decline, he launched into asking if I had any other guests, pets, or if I vaped or smoked. I explained that I didn’t, then left to spend that $10 on some great barbecue down the street.||||When I returned at 3:30 PM, the concierge told me I was “late.” I replied that I was right on time for something (handing over my ID). He then informed me that if I had mentioned I was from out of state, I would’ve been allowed to check in early without a fee. That was news to me. First impressions matter, and it was pretty clear they weren’t too interested

Positive: y. Elevator and pool was broke , I'd like a refund. Please Negative: The elevator and pool and hottest did not work, the TV didn't work half the time I'd really like a refund or free nites somewhere else..

First and foremost the picture are a lie!! This place is disgusting and dirty! Pictures are oldddd! Staff is very friendly! But they made pay 100$ CASH deposit which was strange being that was no where in the policy agreement! I looked at the reviews before my stay and they are a lie! Beds were cozy but room dirty first room was dark bc we were missing a lamp and the iron. Also no cover over the smoke detector-safety issue! One tv didn’t work and the remote was tapped close and absolutely nasty. Then we had to change rooms halfway through our stay bc we had no hot water! New room was better and more clean. But the pool you can’t even sit in the room bc there are so many chemicals it creates a ton of fog and burns your eyes! I was pleased with the friendly staff but the over all care of thi
