Positive: Clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful! There is a happy hour mixer with free apps and beer and wine. Breakfast is fantastic too! Negative: None

Rooms needs updating such as bathtubs and towel hangers that is rusted, also the hot top could use some updating. Leaves around the property doesn't cleaned up frequently, the pool doesn't get vacuumed regularly, there's always debris laying at the bottom. There's also only one washing machine working properly. Other than that the location is great it's close to the airport and the staff is courteous.

I purchased a king suite through a 3rd party this location does business with. I paid extra for the king room as well. When I got there, they put me in a room with a double bed. I showed them my receipt for the king but they told me I would have to pay extra in order to stay in the room I already paid extra for and reserved. They had a king room available too and still wouldn’t let me stay in it because this 3rd party company “‘messes up all the time and they have to pay for it”. Don’t do business with them then?? That isn’t the customer’s fault. They absolutely would not budge to give me the room I paid for. I filed fraud with Staybridge and ended up booking a room at the MUCH MUCH nicer and cleaner Courtyard Marriott next door and actually paid less for a double queen bed room. They don’

This hotel is very convenient for one or two night stays. It is a little outdated and really needs an upgrade. I had a bedroom suite for the night and there was a funky smell in the room. Probably the carpet. The bedroom suite was fine didn’t smell . There was rust stains around the metal ring in the tub. Really need to upgrade to walk in showers. I love that the hotel provides dove products. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly. If this hotel gets upgraded definitely staying for my extended stays. Also pet friendly.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to a serious cockroach infestation in my room. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and did not offer any meaningful assistance. Their only response was to move me to another room, with no help in relocating my belongings and no courtesy or compensation offered. This situation was handled poorly, and I would not recommend staying here.
