Great hotel! Super comfortable beds and pillows! Very clean and well maintained! Recommend it!

I stayed from 4-8 November for business. First room smelled like dog urine and strong mold. It hit me like a brick wall and I couldn’t even enter the room. Requested another room and front desk rep didn’t respond when I told him what was going on, he just handed me a new room key. I thought this was odd. ||Second room smelled the same, just not as strong but strong enough to not want to unpack for fear my clothes would smell. I requested a 3rd room. The new rep was very kind and offered me a few alternatives. It was close to midnight (I had to leave the hotel for a late evening site visit). I didn’t leave any luggage in room # 2. Room three was not perfect, AC was not working but maintenance fixed immediately. The room slightly smelled but nowhere close to the first two. It was after midni

Honestly not good at all. Starting with the positive: the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They’ll go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. But everything else was mediocre at best. The room itself had a smell to it, the renovation work lacked any sort of quality or attention to detail. Mirrors, racks, decor were all bolted on crooked. Wallpaper was sloppy. Tiles were overlapping? Coffee maker was missing a part so couldn’t make coffee. Oh and there was literally a spotlight outside my window to light up the hotel. Who thought that was a good idea? Not to mention the fitness room was absolute bare minimum for 3 star status, weights were missing, elliptical wasn’t working. My keycard never worked on the door and I had to get someone from the front desk every time I wanted

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The van driver was also very friendly. The hotel offers rides anywhere within a 3 mile radius and not just to the airport now that's service!Couldn't ask for better customer service. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the location is a plus. The Airport within minutes and The Plaza Mall also. 5 ⭐'s all around!
