Holiday Inn Express & Suites McAllen - Medical Center Area by IHG

Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

I have stayed there several times. Very clean rooms & all employees are always so friendly.

The overall stay at the hotel was okay. I liked the beds and the room temperaturew was easy to control. I liked that I was able to get the 4th floor upon request. However, when I went into my room, I noticed there was a used deodorant on the side of the bed which led me to believe they had not cleaned the room properly. I also noticed above the microwave shelf. It was extremely dusty. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned.And there was only one roll of toilet paper. At check-in the gentleman who checked me and did not acknowledge. I was a gold member he didn't talk, nor did he tell me where the elevators were or how to get to my room. I basically had to figure it on my own, which wasn't too hard, but still. I called the front office to ask about switching my room because it wasn't
