Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential

The rooms are as clean as you would expect from a busy hotel in a popular location. I have no complaints as a frequent traveler. I will say that this hotel is close to the interstate and you notice the traffic initially but it soon fades away with normalcy. What has set this stay apart from others has been the service. There has been some of the most friendly and helpful staff that I have encountered on any stay. There was an issue that was immediately resolved without question. First of all maint. staff was there within the hour, second when the issue was out of their hands another room was given to our party immediately. Zero stress. Very satisfied and will stay here again. Excellent weekend getaway, or a week long stay. The staff sets this place apart from others. Great location.

This hotel is awesome. It's location right off I-30 is excellent and it is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Parking is super easy. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Beds are comfortable. I love that you are pet friendly. There is an easy potty area right out front and nice sidewalks to walk with our dog.

The entire experience was top notch. My suite was extremely clean with a nice array of furniture options for spreading out. The bathroom had a very nice shower head. I appreciated the fresh fruit and healthy grain options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Danielle. I had a great view of the downtown skyline. The hotel is conveniently located near roads which lead easily to the different areas of downtown, as well as the interstate to cross the river. The hotel has lots of wonderful photography on display by a local Arkansas artist of the state’s natural areas.

Stayed here on a cross country trip from Florida to Seattle. Easy access off the interstate. Area was good, appeared safe (coming from an Atlanta area law enforcement officer) We traveled in a lifted truck with a car hauler, no issues parking. Staff was kind and the little bar had cold beer and standard bar food. We travelled with 2 large dogs and there was plenty of space for them in our room. Not alot of grassy areas to break the pups however. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was super good and needed after long travel. Downtown area is close but need to drive there. Overall, good place to stop and get some rest.

Stayed on two separate occasions while I was passing through the area during Christmas time. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Two individuals were very friendly and deserve a shout out. Thank you, Katherine, at the front desk, your welcoming smile when I arrived after a long day of driving made my day. Tanya who was running like crazy in the breakfast area took the time to stop and chat even though she was exceptionally busy. All the staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming.
