Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne by IHG

The hotel is super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pull out couch is good for smaller children but not very comfortable for adults. The complimentary breakfast is the best. The variety was excellent including a yougart bar, cereal, soda, , along with the standard egg items The fruit was fresh and the scones looked really good My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The evening manager told me the site was updated but it still shows the working spa. :( The location was good with many restaurants and stores nearby. Happy they allowed my fur baby. The exit doors made it easy to take her to potty and bags were available.

Everyone here is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes extra care of the guests. I have a dog and they are most welding to pets. The rooms are very well appointed and kept well stocked. They offer a full breakfast each morning and several snack like meals maybe a taco bar, three nights a week. A special shout out to Mahogany who is a front desk staff member, and always has a welcoming smile and is happy to serve her customer’s needs.

Positive: Clean. Safe and a good amenities Negative: We chose a hotel for the hot tub but the hot tub was out of order.

The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty spacious for our family of 6 (1br dbl bed). The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was really great, too. We very much appreciated the work they're doing here.

Location is absolutely great. Restaurants, Hospitals, CVS - everything close by. Absolutely worth. There was no housekeeping services entire weekend (as per their policy). This is something which I was not happy about as you don’t want to come back in the evening and then do your bed/clean - even if it is for couple of days. When we had checked in, we found a glove (housekeeping) on the bedroom floor, a chocolate wrapper and. Gummy lying on the floor near the bed. So, not sure if it was cleaned in a rush. Bathrooms were clean. They need to change the drapes as they were torn. They also need to ensure that the blanket labels were taken off as they were very rough (while using the blankets/sheet) - I guess it might be due to repeated laundry.
