We have stayed at better Staybridge Suites. The presence of homeless people were a concern and they even came in to eat breakfast the last day we were here. The staff weren't very friendly and some members seemed irritated when asked a question. The rooms were good with comfortable beds and very clean. Only one elevator worked and it had a fragrance dispenser that smelled more like a chemical than a pleasant odor. Breakfast was good other than some major items were missing two of the three mornings we were here (milk, yogurt, cream cheese, etc.) Overall, the rooms were good but everything else was a little off. There are better hotels in this area (Holiday Inn Express).

I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for work or play. All the hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. (Especially, the manager Mrs. Lisa. On her day off, she didn't hesitate to take the time to help me out. Thank you again.) The rooms are clean and the mattresses are really comfortable. There are several nice restaurants and sports bars in the area and most importantly, the hotel is Quite!!😁

First time in a Staybridge although I’m a regular at other IHG properties. I was pleased with this location and hotel. The bed was as comfortable as any hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was quiet. I was surprised there was not a chair for the desk which would have been nice as my trip was part tourist/part work. I was not able to open the curtains during the day for natural light as the pull handle was out of reach since curtains went to ceiling. The breakfast was good and the Monday-Wednesday evening beer, wine and food was an added plus I was not expecting. All staff were friendly and welcoming. One negative was the clerk did not know how to separate the bill for me and my traveling companion, no big deal but have not encountered this before elsewhere. As we had to leave early before b

We travel to Austin for my son in law schooling 2-3 times a year. We chose this place last year and absolutely loved it. First visit we had a 2 room suite. Beds are comfy, and space is nice. Second visit we just booked a 1 room suite. The sleeper sofa got stuck when we pulled it out and and to call the front desk to help us put it back. I ended up sleeping on the couch and to my surprise, VERY COMFORTABLE! (haha) Elevators are hot and have a weird smell. You do have to go to the front desk for ice. But not a deal breaker. During both stays, the staff is always helpful. The breakfast options are plenty and taste good! The parking lot is busy on some nights but otherwise very quiet. After staying here the first time, I try to book Staybridge most anywhere I can find them!

I originally booked this Staybridge for close to a month, and even though I ultimately had to relocate because my workplace is nearly an hour away from this area, I still wanted to leave a review because the staff here genuinely made an impression on me. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist Divine took care of me in a way I honestly didn’t expect. He welcomed me immediately, made the whole process smooth, and set the tone for the entire stay. Divine knew I was supposed to be here for an extended period. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it really made me feel at home and it truly set a great tone for my stay. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what you want when you’re settling in for a stay, especially a long stay. The suite was spacious, well-k
