Staybridge Suites Austin North - Parmer Lane by IHG

This is a great hotel for this price point. This is a very good hotel, in general. While I write this review, the hotel is at 4.6 stars, and I'm surprised it's not higher. The rooms are really nice. Not fancy. But nice and clean and well kept. I worked with three front-desk staff. Each was super nice and pleasant and helpful and kind. The hotel staff in general were really nice. I was even in touch with their IT support folks. Again, super helpful. I had a special request with my stay. Yet again, super helpful and accommodating as much as possible. And with a smile. My company has spent sooo much more to have me stay at supposedly "nicer" hotels, and they didn't even come close to this. Highly recommended. Fantastic hotel. My family of 5 stayed for two nights and I think we've found a "home base" for when we're in Austin. -excellent service. They seemed very attentive to accommodating guests. -free lvl 2 EV charger ( it gives an error at first but will start charging.) - nice rooms, feels nicer than a cheap hotel. - excellent breakfast. -free dinner! They had amazing food for the dinners (m, tu, wed only). It was more than enough for a full meal. Both nights they had the full salad bar in addition to the entres which were restaurant quality. - right around the corner from Walnut Creek Park. Several reviewers complained about roaches and feeling unsafe in this area. We didn't have any issues. The whole hotel is so clean I would have been surprised to see bugs. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and just provides a relaxing stay. The pool is pretty and the kids had a blast. The breakfast options are ample and served until 9:30. Every staff member said hello and were very helpful. The entire hotel, including our room, was very clean. The room we had was spacious and had a great lay-out. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was really nice, with a full fridge. The hotel is located near several restaurants and a Walmart, so it's quite convenient. The hotel is quiet - we never had an issue with getting to sleep.

The staff here are wonderful and kind. The quality of the hotel is good. The social hour and breakfast allow the guest to save a little money. The room was comfortable and it had a full kitchen with small stove. To top it off - the pool is heated! I had a great stay.

I have stayed at Staybridge Suites in North Austin several times now and it has always been a great experience. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, with everything kept in good condition. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service overall is excellent. The person behind the counter named Zain was especially kind and helpful, which made check in even smoother. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and comfort you get. My only complaint is that they did not have facial soap bars available during my stay. Other than that, everything was great. I will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit the area.
