Hello! Great place to stay!! I definitely would recommend. I am currently staying at the (Killeen Stay APT), and I definitely recommend this place. Margarita from house keeping is a genuine, nice, respectful, and humble person (from your corner soldier). Thank you ma'am! She MOST definitely deserves a raise!!!! My room is always immaculate when I arrive from work on cleaning day. I have NEVER had a problem in the 7 plus months that I have resided at this location. It's an extended stay and yes you may encounter loud noises, children running or crying, dogs barking, and people celebrating, however, it's to be expected! This property has the worst customer service EVER!!! My family made a reservation for 2 week. Upon arrival we were told that we couldn't pay with a prepaid card. Cool - we switched the reservation to my son's name as recommended-got confirmation and all-moved money around and went back to the property. Upon arrival this time we were again denied the room as we were told that it wasn't in their system - funny cause it was on our account AND Hotels.com. The female was intent on getting off work instead of trying to assist PAYING customers and truthfully I feel that it had alot to do with the fact that we are a mixed racial family and weren't dressed to the nines...which DUH we were moving!!!

Our first impression wasn't great as I asked about early check in and the front desk attendant told us with great attitude no. I was ok with that, but I then asked if there was a restroom I could use and again with great attitude she said no. My husband and I came back a few hours later and the new attendant was much more pleasant. I did notice a bathroom while I was waiting and I asked the attendant if I asked to use bathroom as I did earlier would she let me. She said not a problem. So I decided it was just the person on duty earlier was the problem. We get our room it is great. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. It was nice to have an "apartment" to stay in for 3 days instead of just a room. I would stay again and also would recommend.
