Spark by Hilton Killeen

I and my spouse stayed here for two weeks. This hotel has been lovely. The room was clean and had some minor issues but nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and always were able to help with our concerns. They have a free breakfast which is always nice. Only complaint was the wifi for our gaming system was slow but no big issues! The hotel was also surprisingly quiet. We stayed on the first floor and there were wasn’t much noise going around. They have a guest laundry and guest gym. The laundry is $3 for washing and $3 for drying. The hotel is cashless so bring quarters if you need to wash! Also located very close to an H-E-B plus so that was very convenient!

Awesome very clean

Booked the Spark for the price. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hooks in the main bedroom to hang jackets was a nice touch. I don’t like using closest when only overnight. Out of sight, out of mind. Small fridge, no freezer. Bathroom had the big countertops for toiletries. Ice maker and water refill was on the main floor. Breakfast was a bagel bar, cereal, oatmeal packs, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. Will agree with an another post, the elevator could use a deep clean and touch ups. This location only provided one water per room at check-in vs two bottles at other Spark and Hilton locations. No pool. Can’t comment on location as I do not know the area but hotel was easy to find.

Positive: "" Negative: Under construction and i paid for room prior to arrival. No free breakfast as promised available due to construction. Loyd nouses drilling banging kept me awake.

I was told that my way benefits don’t apply to each reservation so after booking a new reservation, I was not given my benefits for being a diamond member. I’ve spent a lot staying at this hotel $2400 a month for over 2 months so I would appreciate if my benefit were honored. The lady with black hair at the front desk sorry forget her name but she made my experience here so special I really appreciate her kindness This is a decent hotel in a decent location. Close to restaurants and a Supermarket. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the a/c is noisy in some rooms . The Internet is horrible. It was hard for Me to get my room Cleaned. Then the dog barking is also annoying. The reviews about the breakfast are definitely true. I woke up to go get breakfast and was high
