Holiday Inn Express & Suites Killeen - Fort Hood Area by IHG

Nice and clean space, my husband left his Bathroom bag and Michael was able to get it back to us within the next couple of days!!! If we’re ever back in the area will definitely be staying there again!

The staff is wonderful: very helpful and courteous. We were there to help someone pack and move so we just needed a place to stay a few nights. It served its purpose. The room was clean but the hotel is pretty worn. Ice machine was broken; baseboard in the common area needed repair. Surrounding area feels safe but is really unattractive (old self storage out the front door). Stay here in you need to be on this side of town but don’t expect frills.

Everything from the staff to the rooms and amenities was great. The staff went above and beyond any request that we had. A nice relaxing stay with no issues. You don’t have to worry about anything and just enjoy your stay! They clean the rooms every day and not just when requested like many hotels have went to after the Covid virus scare. You get what you pay for.

My family and I stayed here three night during the week. Two at the beginning and one at the end. The service the first two night was fantastic, third night the morning worker had an attitude. Breakfast was delicious and the woman who made it was so sweet and friendly. Constantly checked up to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. the queen beds in the suit where so comfortable. The pull out couches however, need to be thrown away and replaced. They are so broken down and look like they were found in the trash and pieces together. They are falling apart. Our second room pull out had the frame broken. The rooms also need to have the ac/heating units cleaned out or replaced. Each one produced a smell when turned on and ran. The first smelt like moth balls and mildew and the secon
