Courtyard by Marriott Killeen

We stayed there for a layover (airlines) The rooms were comfy & front desk agent was fantastic! She was very helpful & accommodating (day shift) Deborah at the cafe was very friendly & helpful also. She was handling lots of tables & walk ins very efficiently. The chef was great! He even came out & delivered our food in person. Overall an excellent stay. Kudos!

The Courtyard by Marriott in Killeen gave us a very nice, restful stay on very short notice on the eve of Thanksgiving 2025. The price was reasonable. The room was clean, pleasant and quiet, everything was in good order and repair. The atmosphere and people were very nice. Night and day from the place we originally booked at. We had a room on the 6th floor facing the highway which was a little bit noisy every now and then but had a great view. We are glad we gave this hotel a try and will come back next time we visit Killeen.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism were evident, and my experience only got better throughout my visit. What truly set my stay apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Jenny. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Jenny’s attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made me feel like a truly valued guest. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but it’s the people like Jenny who make the Marriott experience unforgettable. Because of her outstanding service, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

Love this Courtyard! The service here is amazing. Better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at and I stay a lot of Marriotts. Over 150 nights last year. It really is second to none. I hope management is reading this so they know. Broderic and Deborah are employees you need to take extra special care of. Employees like that are ha d to find these days. They are both exceptional each and everytime I am at this property! Thanks for always making the stay for myself and all my people we bring in, amazing each and every time.
