Shilo Inns Killeen

My family & I visited during Thanksgiving week 2025. Top notch customer service far exceeded the 'first-look' impression. We, along with other guests, were accommodated with early check-ins (for those of us that travel long distances by car, this in itself is great). We were greeted with excellent customer service - met with friendly smiles, professional service, knowledge about the hotel and amenities - check-in was a breeze. During our stay, Linda? (GM) and the entire staff went above and beyond in making our stay a very pleasant one - from initially helping with changing our room to a lower floor bec we brought our senior fur baby and lower floor = closer to "outside activities" to then patiently listening to me relaying my husband's annoyance about early morning guest noise (small kid

My stay at the |Shiloh hotel was excellent family type environment made me feel at home. The service was great. The hotel was great. The GM was very accommodating not only to me but all my party I recommend that this hotel would be one of the best places for you to stay reasonable prices good service, safe and clean

When we got there, the room wasn’t ready which is fine. We showed up 30 minutes earlier than check in time anyways, so we visited the memorial outside. When we were able to go in our room, the freezer had crumbs in it still. The sink was dirty. There were two cups with cling wrap on them next to the sink, and one of them had a mysterious liquid inside it even though the cling wrap was on it? We were only in this hotel room for 2-3 hours before we went to Holiday Inn hotel on Fort Hood base. The worst part, there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The hotel needs a renovation, it’s outdated and dirty. The room had a pet smell too which doesn’t help me with my allergies. On top of all of this, we were able to get a refund for the other four days but NOT the 2-3 hours we were there and

The rooms need alot of work and the crazy part is the hotel says they have a continental breakfast but make you pay extra to eat it and thats in the lobby of the hotel by the front desk. I've never been to a hotel with a continental breakfast i had to pay for outside of my room fee. But the kicker is they have an amazing full service restaurant down the hall called the Neon Moon Restaurant and the food is amazingly good. The service is great and the owner keeps it clean and on point. Its like entering another world when you go there. Now don't get them mixed up, the SUNRISE CAFE IS AT THE FRONT DESK WHICH SHOULD BE CALKED THE SUNSET CAFE, we tried there food not knowing abiut the restaurant down the hall and man that food was very displeasing.
