stayAPT Suites Charlotte North

I had a great experience staying at stayAPT Suites in North Carolina. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a full kitchen that made the stay feel comfortable and convenient. The property was quiet, well maintained, and perfect for both short and extended stays. I also want to highlight one of the managers, Chris Moore. He was an excellent person who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting North Carolina.

We stayed here for 3 weeks because of a kitchen remodel. One night, the hotel fire alarm went off 3 different times (9:45pm, just before 12am, and 2:15am). We we asked the front desk about it after work the next day, their response was they had no idea what we were taking about. There is poor communication between shifts. Four other nights, individual unit alarms would go off for 15-20 minutes at a time, sometimes multiple times in a night.||We extended our stay an additional week without issue. The issue was with checking out on a Friday. Check out is at 11am, we asked to extend for 2 hours with a known hourly rate. The office manager said no, they had 16 people checking out and only two cleaners, and they were sold out on Friday and Saturday nights. I asked about my options, and she told

I have been staying here for 5 months due to work. In that time, I believe Shareka has been the one cleaning my room. Every time I see her, she is polite and curious. My room is always cleaned on the scheduled day. I never have to ask for more towels or toiletries after she cleans my room. Shareka has made my stay here much more pleasant and enjoyable.

Good ppl the managers have a lot to learn about respect. But anyhow I was wondering I want tamake a reservation for March 10-12. We are celebrating our birthdays. He will be 36 and I will 50 the big 50. We are also celebrating our 4 year wedding anniversary and he loves your hotel it's high but I don't mind paying it. So how much would it be from March 10-12. And can we still go there even though Chris threw us out after I paid the rate for the room?

Staff was super friendly, very responsive and apologetic about small issue in the room. Price was great. Saved money bc of the kitchen, we could relax and not pay extra for restaurant food. Beds were comfortable, including sleeper sofa. Best attitude and experience with staff I ever had at a hotel stay.
