Stay Inn by OYO Near I 80 Lincoln West

My wife traveled from Miami and arrived at this motel to find no one on site. She called the service number multiple times before someone finally answered rudely. She then waited 46 minutes outside in the freezing cold before anyone showed up to check her in. No apology. No explanation. When she was finally checked in, she was given what can only be described as the worst possible room. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and only one dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The shower was dirty, the sink didn’t work, the toilet was filthy, and there was used soap left behind. Paid for my room online when got there,a guy told me to cancel my reservation I said no why he said I want 75.00 in cash I said no I already paid,.The guy then told me to leave and he also kept myoney and tripVom never even tried to help me get my money back

I opened the door and turned the light on and saw over a dozen roaches scattering around the floor. there was no sign for the building and the parking lot was poorly lit and difficult to navigate with a trailer(location), the evening staff didn't know how to do the refund when I immediately asked for it and was not very well trained in general, looked like he was there in his pj's and not super professional, the next day the phone was either busy or rang so long the call dropped. this is a hotel for BUGS with lousy service.

Found bugs in my room, climate control doesn't work. The toilet had urine all over the seat and the bathtub was grey on the bottom. room was so infested with cockroaches I had to leave, they did immediately give me a refund but this is definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

We pulled into the parking lot and noticed all signage had been removed. There were no other vehicles on the premises. We double checked to make sure we were at the correct address but didn't feel confident that it was really a motel. We decided to find something else.
